I made this ATC a few days ago and find it so fitting for me lately - this is a little of what I need, some serenity! I have had so many things going on in my life that I think I just need to take a breath and focus on the important and the positive!!! My personal life has been somewhat crazy and I am really working on getting back on track. :)
I pulled out my MFT Serenity Now and Behind the Scenes and started working on these adorable ATC's. The color combo is Chocolate Chip, Blush Blossom, Wild Wasabi and PTI Berry Sorbet. I used my copic markers to color the image, cut her out, and popped her up on SU! dimensionals. The lotus flower was made using my small SU! oval punch. The sentiment was stamped on Blush Blossom with PTI Berry Sorbet and punched out with the SU! word window punch. I got my inspiration for the lotus flower from bunches on SCS.
I have several deadlines looming and have made a bunch of new cards - I will be posting those over the next few days. It's almost time for the next new releases from My Favorite Things - I will also be posting some MFTeasers soon!!! You won't want to miss these, the new releases are just amazing and Kim really outdid herself this time.
I need to run and get ready, I am going out tonight to dinner and to the movies to see Sex and the City with some girlfriends of mine - looking forward to it!
Oh my gosh...how cute are these ATC cards!!! Fabulous

Hi Kendra, these ATC's are adorable! I love the giant lotus blossom! I am not sure how serene I could be if I knew I had a giant lotus blossom about to eat me. Thank goodness she is in a state a bliss and has yet to notice! The giant lotus blossom out of oval punches is genius! (I am in awe of how you and the other bloggers come up with these ideas!) An ATC question for you. I have only made one set of ATC's so am far from an expert. I know size is really the key to making the ATC. I didn't know that you could go outside the confines of the card, but obviously that must be the case. So in making ATC's, the base only must be the 2" x 3" (or whatever) size?

This is great! I think it's the best use of this set I've seen. I really love that double knot/bow you have - and would really like to know how you did it!
